Small-Group Fitness Classes 

All classes are included in your membership - unless stated otherwise.

 

It is only $10 for non-members to join a class.

Body Blast 

A mix of resistance, lightweight & interval training to increase your heart rate, & have you finishing feeling awesome.

Mama-Fit 

An 8-week block course specifically designed for pregnant women & new mums.

- You are or soon a mum. 

Func Fit 

Challenge yourself with more complex functional movements. Build confidence, strength & stamina.

These low impact exercises  will help improve mobility, flexibility & balance. 

Improve muscle tone, burn fat & have fun.

The Body Transformation Challenge.

Punch & Crunch 

Work up a sweat practicing boxing drills independently & with a partner.  Core exercises weaved throughout.

Courage 

Challenge yourself & tackle those intimidating exercises with confidence, strength & determination. Sessions inside & outside.

Barbell Basics

Get quality coaching & feedback from an experienced trainer on your bench, squat & deadlift.
