Meet Mama-Fit Coach Sarah 

Sarah creates fitness programming to prepare mums for pregnancy, labour, postnatal recovery and the activities of daily life as a parent. Her goal is to equip you with the knowledge, strength, and function to heal, move well, and have the energy for the toughest job you’ll ever love -- motherhood. Training focuses on core and pelvic floor health and rehab, and a safe (re) introduction to movement postpartum.

 

As women, sometimes we don’t believe in ourselves the way we should. We think we should always be doing more, being more. We don’t always put ourselves first or have the strength to make changes in our lives. In our eyes, we’re never enough. 

 

All it takes is that one person to believe in you, help you along your journey, give you a little push when you need it, or simply take that first step. This is how Sarah sees her role as your coach AKA your ‘cheerleader.’
