Everyone is unique, with different goals, commitments, and requirements. So it isn't surprising that we will work collaboratively with you. We believe that working together will produce the best results for you. Together we identify positive actions and build on these to establish healthy habits. We work alongside you to design a tailored meal plan that supports you and your goals.  

 

Life is far too complex these days. Simplicity is key. For this reason, our plans and consultations take a conversational, no-nonsense approach to your nutrition and fitness goals (online or in-person). Plans are created to be simple to follow and personalised to you. We know it can be challenging to start. That is why our tailored plans offer you professional ongoing support and feedback.

At Central Fitness we believe in a natural approach and real food. There are no artificial sweeteners, gimmicky diet bars, or pills, just honest natural food and movement.

 

Having studied a number of dietary theories, lifestyle factors, and helped a number of clients, we can offer a scientific approach, grounded in real-life experience. We all have the power to change our lifestyle and heal a number of our ailments.

Alex - Fitness & Accountability Coach


Making time declares that YOU matter, but making time is often easier said than done. Creating new habits and implementing them can be challenging.  

People start new routines with the best intent. However, generally, people set too-high standards. This leads to disappointment and often burnout.

 

I strongly believe that setting realistic expectations and shooting for "good enough, consistently" is a crucial mindset. As an accountability coach, I will work with you to identify realistic and achievable goals, we will break these into skills and practices that over time will become healthy habits! 

Amy Neilson - Nutrition Coach


Our happiness is often intrinsically linked to how we feel about our bodies, our relationship with food and underlying health issues. Having good information and on-going support is priceless when it comes to making successful, sustainable lifestyle changes. I will help you reach your goals and develop a happy relationship with both your body and food. 

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. I will help you build clarity around what you should be eating and help you understand why you make the food choices you do. We will talk about things beyond food and fitness, to help take control of your health and build a lifestyle you'll be proud of.
